  • April  – after Easter
  • May – after Mother’s Day
  • May  – after Memorial Day
  • June – after Father’s Day
  • July  – week of Independence Day
  • September  – After Labor Day
  • October  – after Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ day
  • Oct 31 – Halloween if it falls on a Tuesday
  • November  – Thanksgiving week
  • December  – after/before Christmas

Sgt@Arms - please see the spreadsheet below - the dates at the beginning of the alphabet are mostly for coming soon dates.

What we ask is that you arrive about 10-15 min early and help set up flags / organize the room, greet incoming members and guests and be in charge of fines/happy/sad. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any. Also, please find a substitute to swap with if you are unable to commit to the date you are scheduled for and please lmk who will be covering for you.
For all members/all meetings - please be sure to clear your tables of dishes/silverware and garbage at the end of each meeting.
