- February – after President’s Day
- March – after daylight savings
- April – after Easter
- May – after Mother’s Day
- May – after Memorial Day
- June – after Father’s Day
- July – week of Independence Day
- September – After Labor Day
- October – after Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ day
- Oct 31 – Halloween if it falls on a Tuesday
- November – Thanksgiving week
- November – last Tuesday of the month - Merriment on Main
- December – after Christmas
Sgt@Arms - please see the spreadsheet below - the dates at the beginning of the alphabet are mostly for 2024 dates.
What we ask is that you arrive about 10-15 min early and help set up flags / organize the room, greet incoming members and guests and be in charge of fines/happy/sad. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any. Also, please find a substitute to swap with if you are unable to commit to the date you are scheduled for and please lmk who will be covering for you.
For all members/all meetings - please be sure to clear your tables of dishes/silverware and garbage at the end of each meeting.
